Join SitePhotos and help us demonstrate our visual construction management tools specifically for linear projects. As a Strategic Business Development Representative, you will turn research into opportunities, conversations into qualified buyers, and pain points into booked demos and converts into customers.
About this Position
SitePhotos is a leading provider of construction management solutions for linear projects. We are seeking ambitious, sales driven talent to showcase and champion our solutions. As a key member of the sales team, the Strategic Business Development Representative will strengthen the sales workflow, and grow the qualified pipeline through smart research and timely lead follow up.
You will analyze customer data to anticipate trends, model our ideal customer profiles, segment targets, and produce actionable recommendations that increase bookings. You will also engage inbound MQLs and progress them to sales-ready meetings with our Account Executives.
About You
- 1–3 years in Business Development at a SaaS company or experience in linear construction on multidisciplinary projects.
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn quickly on the job.
- Confident phone presence, excellent listening, and strong written communication.
- Self-starter with a track record of tenacity and hitting goals.
- Team player who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities and Success Milestones
Within 60 Days · Book first demo
- Able to effectively demonstrate SitePhotos products by partnering closely with Sales and Marketing.
- Research prospective clients and acquire high-level contacts using third-party databases and social platforms.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads from campaigns and targeted outbound.
- Engage prospects by phone and email to uncover pain, identify opportunities, and generate interest.
Within 180 Days · 6 demos per month quota
- Earn SitePhotos University certification.
- Build professional relationships with your Account Executives.
- Maintain a healthy, progressing pipeline.
- Source at least one deal that closes.
Within 365 Days · 12 demos per month quota
- Deepen your command of enterprise sales motions.
- Navigate complex buying groups and multi-threaded opportunities.
- Mentor newer SDRs and expand responsibilities further along the sales cycle as you prepare for an Account Executive role.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years business development at a SaaS company or 1 year in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, and Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for digging into data to identify trends, results, and recommended actions.
- Interest in building a career in Sales and Marketing at SaaS companies.
- Personable, outgoing, and effective working independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in an office in Austin, Texas.
